My Journey
My name is Mark Laschinski, and sprinklers have been part of my life since I was a teenager. At just 15 years old, I knocked on doors offering to winterize sprinkler systems. Those first seasons taught me the value of hard work, science, and trust.
After high school, I studied at Michigan State University, where I expanded my understanding of turf, soil, and irrigation systems. After graduation, I founded my first company: Universal Property Service (UPS). At its peak, UPS performed over 2,000 winterizations each season and served thousands of clients across Metro Detroit.
Beyond Irrigation
Over the years, I’ve also launched retail and ecommerce brands in sports equipment and apparel, and designed and built outdoor kitchens and patios. Today, I still enjoy developing ecommerce businesses and creating new digital projects like SprinklerSystemFix.com.
